Nutrition Club

Who we are

The UConn Nutrition Club consists of students interested in nutritional sciences and related disciplines. We operate out of the Department of Nutritional Sciences in the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, but ALL students are welcome, regardless of their major area of study.

Mission and Goals

Our philosophy is to promote student participation in nutrition related activities for the purpose of furthering nutrition knowledge, promoting healthful living, and enhancing career development.

What we do

Club activities involve community service work, educational outreach to the UConn community, professional development, and fundraising for charitable causes.

The Nutrition Club holds monthly meetings generally on a Tuesday or Wednesday evening from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. in Jones 219 (seminar room). The Jones building is nearby the Dairy Bar.

Club dues are $5.00 per year, and membership is open to all UConn students.
