John obtained his B.S. degree from the University of Connecticut in 1974. He has operated a public stable since 1978.

Awards Received:

Alpha Gamma Rho – Distinguished Service Award

2002 - AMHA Hall of Fame Award

The AMHA Hall of Fame Award annually recognizes three or four people who have given long-term support to the breed through the activities of the AMHA. The award, introduced in 1985, has seen 46 outstanding individuals selected for their contributions.
